JA Eswatini Mentorship Program
JA Eswatini in collaboration with the SNYCA and the Cooperatives the department created mentorship linkages with well-established and successful cooperatives. This is a strategy to enhance sustainability. The participants were also taught how to separate their personal finances from business finances. They were then introduced to the process of marketing. Mentorship sessions included financial management, business cash flow, effective application of cooperatives regulation, managing membership.
